On November 12, Professor Shi Yuanyuan, Chairman of Shenzhen Cell Valley, Commercial Director Wei Zheng, and Director of the General Administration Office Wang Lu, visited the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory. Deputy Director Xu Song of the Science, Technology and Innovation Division of the Qianhai Authority, Director Wang Huanyu, and other staff extended a warm welcome and held a symposium.

Guided by Deputy Director Xu, Director Wang, and relevant staff, the Shenzhen Cell Valley team first toured the Qianhai Development Planning Exhibition Hall, gaining an initial understanding of the overall development blueprint of the Qianhai Special Zone. Subsequently, they proceeded to conduct more in-depth visits and exchanges inside the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory.

During the symposium, Chairman Professor Shi Yuanyuan provided a detailed introduction to Shenzhen Cell Valley's core technological advantages, strategic layout, and business model. Guided by the mission and vision of "Cells benefit all, genes create the future," Shenzhen Cell Valley is committed to extending high-quality products and services to a broader range of domestic and international clients. After establishing its core technological advantages and industrial production systems, strengthening service development, building service platforms, and precisely reaching customers are the next key strategic priorities. The purpose of this visit was to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the Qianhai Authority, leveraging the special policies for the CGT sector provided to the Guangdong Free Trade Zone by three national ministries and commissions, and to explore the possibility of establishing a branch within the Qianhai Free Trade Zone. Through this strategic positioning, the company aims to achieve close connectivity between its Shenzhen and Hong Kong operations, further expand its business scope, and strengthen collaboration with Qianhai to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages.

Deputy Director Xu Song highly recognized Shenzhen Cell Valley's international strategic layout planning. He then introduced that the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory adheres to the development principle of "Relying on Hong Kong, Serving the Mainland, and Facing the World," and is committed to becoming a "spatial focal point," "concentrated carrying area," and "hub for achievements" for new quality productive forces in the deep collaborative development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Furthermore, the Dream Factory is not only an innovative cooperation platform promoting cultural integration and entrepreneurial exchange for Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth, but also a national-level Shenzhen-Hong Kong youth entrepreneurship park. Through a series of preferential policies and measures, it provides comprehensive support for Hong Kong and Macao youth, facilitating their entrepreneurial development on the mainland.

This visit and exchange laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties. Both sides expressed their commitment to advancing this collaborative process, ensuring that residents of both regions can access higher-quality medical services, jointly improving regional medical and health standards, and contributing to the achievement of broader social welfare.

About the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory

The Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory was jointly established by the Qianhai Authority, the Hong Kong Youth Association, and the Shenzhen Youth Federation, and officially commenced operations on December 7, 2014. Its primary goal and mission is to become the first stop for Hong Kong youth to start businesses, seek employment, and develop on the mainland. In May 2019, it was jointly recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Hong Kong SAR Government as one of the first batch of Guangdong-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases.

As of August 2024, the Dream Factory has incubated a cumulative total of 1,303 entrepreneurial teams, including 897 teams from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and abroad (819 Hong Kong teams, 10 Macao teams, 39 Taiwan teams, and 29 international teams).
