On the morning of July 18, a delegation from the Beijing Daxing District People's Government visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for research and inspection. Accompanied by Chairman Shi Yuanyuan, the Daxing District leaders toured Shenzhen Cell Valley's administrative office area, production workshops, and R&D laboratories, gaining an understanding of the founder team, corporate development history, CAR-T development history, service platform construction, the scale of the South China Cell Factory project, and the layout of laboratories and production workshops.

During the subsequent symposium, Shi Yuanyuan reported to the Daxing District leaders on the situation regarding the establishment of the wholly-owned subsidiary Jing-Shen Cell Valley in Daxing District. He also provided a detailed explanation of the industry background of cell and gene therapy, market development trends, the advantages of the company's core technology—GMP industrial-scale production of retroviral vectors—and the philosophy behind service platform construction. As a link for exchange and cooperation among relevant enterprises, government review agencies, and research institutes, Shenzhen Cell Valley provides multi-channel, multi-level, multi-functional, and comprehensive public services for product R&D and achievement translation, offering a full-chain technology platform for the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the cell therapy industry.

Deputy District Mayor Wu Meng highly agreed with Shenzhen Cell Valley's corporate philosophy and placed importance on and paid attention to the progress of the establishment of Jing-Shen Cell Valley, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Cell Valley, in Daxing District. Director Wang Qunhui expressed willingness to provide relevant policy support to promote the standardized development of the cell and gene therapy industry in Daxing District. Director Gao Bingyang stated that he would maintain continuous communication with the Cell Valley team, providing comprehensive support in policy interpretation, government services, and park entry coordination, promptly resolving issues faced by the enterprise, creating a favorable new ecosystem for the biopharmaceutical industry, and promoting the strategic development of the biopharmaceutical industry.

Shi Yuanyuan stated that the layout in Beijing Daxing District is an extremely important part of Shenzhen Cell Valley's rapid development. This exchange further advanced the process of Shenzhen Cell Valley's R&D headquarters (Jing-Shen Cell Valley) landing in Daxing. Cell Valley will fully utilize the advanced technologies and talent reserves of its returnee founder team, aim to address the pain points and bottlenecks in the domestic cell and gene therapy field, help build and integrate the cell drug industry chain, and contribute to promoting the translation of biomedical research achievements and driving the high-quality development of the domestic cell and gene therapy industry.
