On February 22, a research delegation comprising Gao Yan and Gao Haiyue, Deputy Directors of the Management Committee of the Beijing Daxing Biomedical Industry Base; Sun Chao, Director of the Two-District Office; Tang Jingchuan, Section Chief of the Talent Division of the Organization Department of the Daxing District Committee; and the Daxing District Shenzhen Liaison Working Group, along with Wang Huifang, Secretary-General of the Pingshan District High-Level Talent Association, visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for exchange. Shenzhen Cell Valley Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Chairman Shi Yuanyuan, Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng, Director of the General Administration Office Luan Zhishi, and R&D Scientist Fu Yuchen extended a warm welcome.

During the symposium, Chairman Shi Yuanyuan introduced Shenzhen Cell Valley's current status, founding vision, development history, core team, and comprehensive corporate strength. Deputy Directors Gao Yan and Gao Haiyue of the Daxing Biomedical Industry Base Management Committee, along with Tang Jingchuan, Section Chief of the Talent Division of the Organization Department of the Beijing Daxing District Committee, affirmed Shenzhen Cell Valley's achievements in the cell and gene therapy field and provided a detailed overview of the innovation and entrepreneurship policies and industrial planning of the Daxing Biomedical Industry Base. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on talent incentives, the industrial development characteristics of Beijing and Shenzhen, and the development trends of the cell and gene therapy industry.

Professor Shi Yuanyuan stated that strategic deployment in core regions such as Beijing is an extremely important component of Shenzhen Cell Valley's development. The joint construction of a professional talent development platform for cell and gene therapy is a key driving force for advancing R&D capabilities and creating a new business ecosystem. Both sides expressed their intention to take this exchange visit as an opportunity to establish further cooperation and exchange, aligning with the industrial policies of Beijing's Daxing District to promote the translation of biomedical research achievements and jointly advance the high-quality development of the biomedical industry.
